GrowthifyBiz accepts original guest articles from IT professionals, engineers, and technology leaders. We're looking for practical, experience-based writing — not generic overviews or content clearly produced to farm backlinks.

Send your pitch or full draft to the address above. See the "Submit" section below for what to include.
Topics we accept
- IT services and managed services
- Software development and engineering practices
- Cloud infrastructure and architecture
- Cybersecurity
- AI and automation in the enterprise
- IT strategy and digital transformation
Quality bar
- Length: 1,200 words minimum. Most published posts run 1,500-2,000 words.
- Originality: Must be unpublished elsewhere and not spun/reworded from another article. We check before publishing.
- Substance: Concrete examples, numbers, or firsthand experience preferred over generic advice.
- No AI-generated submissions without disclosure. If AI tools were used to draft, say so in your pitch — heavily AI-written pieces with no editing will be rejected.
Link policy
- Up to 2 contextual links to your own site or a client site, placed naturally within the body.
- One link allowed in the author bio.
- All outbound links are reviewed before publishing. Links to unrelated, low-quality, or clearly paid-link-farm sites will be removed or the submission declined.
- Paid or sponsored placements must be disclosed in your pitch — undisclosed paid content will be rejected outright.
How to submit
- Email your pitch (a title + 2-3 sentence summary) or a full draft to the address above.
- Include a one-line author bio and, if you'd like, a headshot or avatar image.
- Format the draft in plain text or a shared doc link — no need to worry about HTML, we handle formatting on our end.
Review timeline: We aim to respond within 5-7 business days. If accepted, expect minor edits for clarity, house style, and link policy compliance before it goes live.
What gets an automatic pass
- Listicles with no original insight (e.g. "Top 10 IT Companies")
- Thinly disguised product pitches
- Submissions with more than 2 outbound links in the body
- Content clearly written to manipulate search rankings rather than inform readers
